At Essential Playroom we proudly stand behind our products and know you'll love them too. However, we also know that sometimes things can happen and you may need to return your recent purchase. Thats OK! We are happy to help and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience.
Change of Mind
Whilst we trust that you'll love your new toys, if you change your mind please contact us within 10 business days and we will help you with the return of your product. We will refund you the purchase price minus send and return delivery costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take pride in ensuring every product is in top shape and packed safely before it embarks on its journey to you. If something has gone wrong and you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the damage or fault. We will then arrange return postage of the product at no cost to you and provide you with a replacement or refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that Essential Playroom will not be held responsible or liable for any product damaged or lost during return post.
