After signing up to our mailing list your unique code is automatically emailed to you. If you are unable to locate it in your inbox please check your spam or junk folder.

Sometimes your code may not be arriving as you have previously signed up to our mailing list already. Try searching 'Essential Playroom' in your folders to see if you have previously recieved a code.

If you are still unable to locate your code please contact us and we will look it up for you.

Unfortunately due to the demand for and handmade nature of our products we very rarely, if ever, have sales.

Our Products

A lot of our items sell out very quickly so to keep our customers up to date with their next scheduled arrival we keep a list of upcoming restocks in our VIP Group.

There is also an option on every sold out product to subscribe to be notified via email when the product is back in stock.

Alternatively, you can contact us and we will endeavour to give you an idea of when your item will be returning. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer preorder on a lot of our products as we are often unaware of how many of each item we will recieve until a couple of days before they arrive.

With certain brands, where we are able to we do our best to offer items for preorder.

At this time we do not offer a waitlist. It is certainly something we will be looking into in the future.

Yes we do! We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $180.

Our free shipping on Wobbel boards excludes rural and remote areas. Should your postcode fall in an area where our couriers charge additionally for, we will contact you right away with a quote for the additional shipping charges. We will always cover the standard cost which is approximately $20 and you will only be quoted the difference.

We ship Australia wide. Unfortunately we don't ship overseas.

Once your order is placed it will be picked and packed within 1 - 2 business days. In most instances you will recieve your shipping confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours.

Please keep in mind that during major restocks and peak seasons such as Christmas there might be a delay to our usual processing times.

After dispatch the delivery time is dependant on your location. Feel free to contact us for a better estimate.

If you are local to Redland Bay 4165 QLD we offer free pick up. Simply select 'Pick Up' in the delivery options during check out and we will contact you when your order is ready!

Returns and exchanges

Please contact us within 10 business days and we will help you with the return of your product. We will refund you the purchase price minus send and return delivery costs.

Please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the damage or fault. We will then arrange return postage of the product at no cost to you and provide you with a replacement or refund.
